Use of the Service

You may use Nimbus Reader only in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You are responsible for the files and content you import into the app.

Accounts and Purchases

If Nimbus Reader offers accounts, premium features, or subscriptions, the final production terms should explain renewal, cancellation, refunds, and platform billing behavior in plain language.

Intellectual Property

Nimbus Reader, the Lumenaire Labs brand elements, and the app experience are owned by Lumenaire Labs, except for third-party content and materials owned by their respective rights holders.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or improve the app over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all environments or on all devices.
